Via Online
Toyota Financial Services allows customers to make payments online anytime and anyday at their own convenience. It offers you the customer the flexibility to pay anytime and day at your own convenience provided it is before due dates.
You can make one time payments online or set up a recurring payment plan that allows deductions to made automatically from your account on due dates.
Via Mail
You can also mail your payment to Toyota Financial Services. Note that what you mail is your check or money order and not cash.
The appropriate address to use can be found online. Simply log in to your account, go to the “Account Overview” section and click Payment Mailing address.

To make payment by phone, get your bank account number and routing number ready with you before calling their customer service.

AutoCheque
By using the AutoCheque payment your bank is automatically debited every due date which helps to avoid late payment and writing checks every month. All you’ll have to do is to download an AutoCheque form in PDF form, print, complete and them submit it to Toyota Financial Services.
Via The Mobile App
You can also make payment using the TFS Mobile App which is available on both android and iPhone/ipad devices.
Simply go to your App Store or Google Play Store and search and download myTFS.
Western Union Quick Collect (WUQC)
Western Union can also be used to make payment using either your debit card or cash. Your TFS account number will be needed and the Company name as well.

Toyota Financial Services does not charge you any fee for using the Pay Online Service. However that may not be the case for your bank. Hence you may want to get in touch with them to find out.
Q2. How do I make a one time payment online?
To set make a one time payment online, you need to add your bank account after which you follow these steps;
- Visit the TFS website and log in to your online account
- Select “Payments”
- Go to the “Make a Payment” page
- Select vehicle you’re making payment for at the dropdown below “TFS Account”
- Now select “make one time payment” under “payment detail”
- Confirm “Total Amount Due” and “Payment Amount”
- Go to “Payment Post Date” and select when you want to make payment
- Select a bank account to pay from
- Now enter the last four last 4 digits of your SSN or TIN
- Click on “Submit” button
- Verify payment details
- You’ll receive a message once payment is successfully received by TFS.

To set up a recurring payment online, you need to add your bank account after which you follow these steps;
- Visit the TFS website and log in to your online account
- Select “Payments”
- Go to the “Make a Payment” page
- Select vehicle you’re making payment for at the dropdown below “TFS Account”
- Now select “Set up Recurring Payment” under “payment detail”
- Confirm “Payment Amount”
- Now select either “Monthly” or “Weekly” under “Payment Interval”
- Select when you wish payment to begin under “Payment Will Begin”
- Specify when you wish to set recurring payment up to under “Payment Made Until”
- Select a bank account to pay from
- Now enter the last four last 4 digits of your SSN or TIN
- Click on “Submit” button
- Verify payment details
- Click “Edit Payment” to make changes where necessary or the “Confirm Recurring Payment” to be sure the set up has been done
- You’ll receive a message once payment is successfully received by TFS.
