20-year old killer of rapper, Pop Smoke has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty of the charges leveled against him.
J. Christopher Smith, judge in charge of the case gave his ruling on Thursday where he sentenced the 20 year old defendant to 4 Years 2 months in a juvenile facility.

The defendant, who is one of 4 other accused of murdering the young rapper pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and home invasion robbery.
According to him, they invaded the rapper’s mansion in Hollywood Hills to rob but things later got messy which ended in the death of the rapper.
Three other accomplices, Corey Walker and 2 other juveniles are also charged but are yet to be tried.
It is believed that lawyers of the defendant pleaded with the judge to reduce his sentence by 2 years and 8 months which is the time he has already spent in prison although the judge refused.
